Top 5 Best Quick Supports in FGO

Quick as a card type received the short end of the stick for the better part of FGO’s lifespan.

While Buster had Merlin and Arts had Tamamo, there was no one to speak up for the Quick Servants of the game.

But this didn’t keep players from trying to make their favorite Quick Servants work!

While there is only one true-blue Quick support in NA’s FGO at the moment, we encourage you to stick around and possibly discover some lesser-used Quick supports that reigned before the Quick queen came to accept her crown.

5. Atalante (Archer) / Atalante Alter (Berserker)

When we said before that Quick has gotten little-to-no love over the years, we meant it.

Atalante is only considered a Quick support due to her first skill increasing Quick card effectiveness for all allies.

That’s it…

While Atalante excels as an AOE farmer, she leaves a lot to be desired in a supporting role.

Similarly, Atalante’s alter form also has the same skill; boosting your allies’ Quick card effectiveness.

If Atalante is the only Quick support you own, our hearts go out to you…

4. Artoria Pendragon Alter (Rider)

This still doesn’t feel like a support list yet – but it just goes to show how much Delight Works hates that ugly green card!

Rider Alter has a Quick buff on her first skill, and a targetable increase to an ally member’s crit star generation coupled with a reduction of their skill cooldowns by one turn (with a demerit that the said target will be dealt 1000 damage without killing them).

Rider Alter was never designed to be a support, and excels very well as a single-target nuker when paired up with her own support team.

However, like Atalante, there’s no meat on the bones of Rider Alter’s supportive kit.

3. Wu Zetian (Assassin)

Finally, an actual support servant!

Unfortunately, Wu falls flat when trying to leave an impact on a Quick-focused team.

Wu’s first skill is a simple defense down ability applied to all enemies.

Her third skill is the patented Quick buff we’ve seen before, while her second skill recovers her own HP and increases her own defense to ensure she’s around long enough to fire off multiple buffs in an extended fight.

That’s about all Wu has to offer in regards to buffs.

No NP charge, some lackluster buffs, and a defense down is all you’re getting here.

2. Osakabehime (Assassin)

Osakabehime was heralded as the savior of the Quick meta when she was first revealed.

Unfortunately, her entire supportive capabilities are locked behind her NP!

While she does have a measly 20% NP battery and a single-target defense break, in order to receive the necessary Quick buffs to empower your team, you’ll have to waste your time charging her NP first.

Osakabehime was so close to being what the Quick meta needed.

Luckily, we wouldn’t have to wait much longer for a real Quick support Servant that would completely change the way FGO was played.

1. Scathach-Skadi (Caster)

This should be a surprise to no one.

Skadi is undoubtedly the greatest Quick support in all of FGO NA and JP to this very day (as of this writing).

Unlike Servants that relied on their NP for Quick support such as Osakabehime, all of Skadi’s useful abilities are tied to her active skills!

Skadi’s Quick card buff, along with a defense down ability, reduce high health waves to ashes in a matter of button presses.

And her third skill has a targetable 50% NP battery!

She is such a game-changer Servant that she completely broke FGO’s meta for the two years before Castoria was released. The Double Skadi System catapulted niche Servants like Edmond Dantes to the very top of most people’s tier lists.

There are a lot more options now with regards to Buster and Arts support, making all three card types fairly viable.

But Skadi is the undisputed queen of Quick. And she’s looking to retain her title for the years to come!
